Netarus LLC, maker of the HoistCam™ platform of remote camera monitoring systems, has been selected to participate in the inaugural Tech Experience at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017. Intended to highlight emerging technologies that enhance safety, productivity, and profitability, the Tech Experience is a new 75,000-square foot venue for construction industry thought leaders to demonstrate the future of construction.

HoistCam’s suite of products, including HoistCam Director fleet monitoring software, enables construction owners and managers to remotely monitor an entire job site. By capturing data from integrated sensors, the software provides GPS recording, geofencing, and searchable archives of recording. “But this is just the beginning of what is to come,” says Machut. “Netarus is on the cusp of expediting the analytics process with a new, first-of-its-kind imaging and big data interpretation solution.”
During the ConExpo-Con/Agg Tech Experience, HoistCam will show how it’s possible to automate the analysis of data captured from unmanned systems in the cloud for near real-time interpretation and reporting. Video and images captured by HoistCam Director™ are analyzed to produce orthomosaics, 3D point clouds, and digital surface maps. “This will allow the construction industry to be more strategic with its decision-making, including situational analysis and awareness, improving safety, productivity and profitability for contractors,” said Machut.
