On 15 March 2020, the CDC in the United States issued a pronouncement recommending “… for the next 8 weeks, organizers (whether groups or individuals) cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more throughout the United States.”

HoistCam by Netarus is committed to supporting all of our future and existing customers with staff being set up remotely to work from home. In addition, Netarus is able to continue manufacturing and production by working in individual offices to reduce transmission and practicing good hygiene.

For organizations requiring on-site services for HoistCam, we will be handling this on a case by case basis. We are committed to responding as soon as possible. Therefore, Netarus provides unlimited telephone, email, support portal and remote web conference support during regular business hours.

As we all strive to practice social distancing, we are reminded of how nice it was to be able to freely come together and shake hands, enjoy each other’s company, and work together to solve challenging problems. This is a very fluid situation right now and the policies above may need to be amended over time to best support our businesses and communities.
